Operator service assessment & continuous oversight

When needed, an aviation advisor can be located on site to monitor day-to-day activities, provide continuous compliance oversight and immediately follow up on incident investigation reports — covering management systems, financial commitment, policies, controls, internal audit processes, communications, flight following and emergency response plans, as well as flight operations capacity: aircraft resources, manuals, SOPs, crew standards and scheduling, safety briefings, MEL usage and reporting-system adequacy.
