Ursula Freseman
Engineering degree and MBA, 34+ years in aviation — over 25 in leadership roles and 23+ with a major US carrier. Led several start-up carriers in the Middle East and worldwide; FAA ARAC chairman roles and FAA Good Friend Award (1992 & 1993); Quality Assurance Director and Accountable Manager positions.
John Kohlsaat
Senior marketing expert, Master in Marketing, International Management and Business Administration. Former managing director of easyJet and CCO of Germania — brings start-up and commercial strategy, new market entries and brand launch expertise.
Davit Mazmishvili
Master in Engineering Science, 24+ years in aviation and 15+ in leadership — from Pilot to Chief Pilot, Safety Manager to Flight Operations Post Holder and acting Accountable Manager. Flew 14 aircraft types; IATA Safety Diploma; licensed and experienced auditor.
Lalit Dang
28+ years in maintenance and engineering of international airlines. Experienced CAMO Manager and Head of Engineering; planned aircraft maintenance to rigid authority and manufacturer specifications across worldwide start-up projects.
James Watts
15+ years of sales and marketing experience across industries; BBA in Management Information Systems / Marketing; financial services SME. Develops cost-effective campaigns and guides customers through the complex world of financing.
Sina Ebtehaj
BS in Aerospace Engineering (TU Delft). Start-up experience with HeavyLift International, FlyGeorgia and Albanian Airways across regulation, SMS and QMS roles; strong IT, logistics set-up and inventory tracking background.
