How it works

• Upon your order, AIS Group assembles a case-study team in the shortest period.
• The team starts the Gap Analysis upon arrival — normally three working days on site.
• We work through the relevant documents and analyze your processes and procedures.

What you receive — a two-step debrief

• A coherent Gap Analysis with an initial corrective plan;
• A detailed presentation with an action plan and step-by-step implementation process.

After receiving the Gap Analysis report, the action plan can be implemented by your team — or with our support. Whether you need to obtain a new AOC, become an IATA member, improve your SAFA score, prepare manuals, formulate a new strategy, improve safety culture, implement new software, or build a workable FDM program — we can deliver it all; but first we both need to understand the need, evaluate it and prepare the action plan.
